Three exhibitors at this year’s British Equine Veterinary Association Congress (10 -13 September 2025) have won awards for their inspired use of stand space. Delegates voted via the BEVA congress App, identifying exhibitors who showcased their brand with panache and a welcoming ambiance.
A new sustainability award has been introduced this year as part of BEVA’s sustainability programme. The award was presented to Horse Weigh – a weighbridge for horses, which has an improved carbon footprint due to its high quality and long-lasting components, which enables some units to operate for 18-20 years. The weighbridges also use no external source of electricity when in use.
Bova UK won the Best Free Design Stand Award for their irresistible sweet shop and bar, providing their ever-popular slushies and a range of giveaways including pens, lip balm, water bottles and hessian bags.
Bova UK is a London based Specials Manufacturer dedicated to broadening the treatment options for vets. The company is the first in the UK to have authorisation to manufacture sterile and non-sterile products used in compliance with the cascade.
Celebrating 25 years of attending BEVA Congress, Stallion AI Services won the Best Shell Scheme Stand Award for the fourth year in a row. Their lively and colourful stand is a favourite with delegates especially because of their coveted free sperm-themed novelty gifts! This year Stallion AI was recruiting aspiring skydivers to raise money and take a dive for their sister company Natures’ SAFE a wildlife cryo-biobank preserving live cells and cell tissues from animals at risk of extinction.

“The exhibition hall is the buzzing centre of BEVA Congress,” said Jocelyn Thompson Commercial and Events Manager at BEVA. “We love to celebrate the creativity and enthusiasm of our exhibitors each year by getting delegates to vote for their favourites and we congratulate Horse Weigh, BOVA and Stallion AI on their worthy wins.”
