ROS Equine is an independent ambulatory practice focused on the diagnosis, treatment, and optimisation of the sport horse.
We work at the top end of the industry — managing complex lameness and performance cases across the UK and internationally. Our approach is structured, evidence-based, and uncompromising in its pursuit of accurate diagnosis and measurable outcomes.
We are now looking to recruit an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join the practice.

The Role
This is not a new graduate position.
We are seeking a clinician who is already confident working independently and is looking to step into a role with genuine clinical responsibility.
You will be involved in:
• Full lameness investigations and performance work-ups
• Diagnostic imaging (radiography & ultrasound essential)
• Case management of high-level sport horses
• Client communication at a professional and performance-focused level
• Integration with farriery and rehabilitation strategies
The caseload is varied but consistently high quality — this is a role for someone who wants to work cases properly, not rush through volume.

What We’re Looking For
• MRCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon
• Minimum 3–5+ years clinical experience (equine essential)
• Strong grounding in lameness and orthopaedics
• Confident, clear communicator with clients and colleagues
• High standards, attention to detail, and pride in clinical work
• Someone who wants to progress, not plateau
