Stable Close Equine Practice is an RCVS-accredited ambulatory equine practice based in beautiful South Hampshire.

We are a busy, thriving practice dedicated to delivering a high standard of patient and client care.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated team player with excellent communication skills and experience in equine practice to join our friendly team.

We enjoy a supportive practice culture with a good work-life balance.  There is a varied and challenging caseload, broad support for case work-ups, and we hold regular clinical discussion meetings.  Study for a certificate would be supported and encouraged.

We have a diverse client base, ranging from pleasure horses to top-level competition horses.

Our high-quality mobile equipment includes:

• Endoscopes

• Gastroscope

• Digital X-ray systems

• Orthopaedic and reproductive ultrasound scanners

• Class IV therapeutic laser

• Shockwave therapy system

We work closely with several mobile medical and surgical specialists and maintain excellent relationships with local referral facilities.

We also have the support of a dedicated out-of-hours veterinary team, enabling us to benefit from an extended OOH rota.

Benefits

• Out-of-hours commitment: 1 in 8 weekends and 1 night every other week

• 4.5-day working week
