Hird and Partners Shelf Equine Hospital, Is a proudly independent practice who are looking for a new or recent graduate to join our team of interns to start in Autumn 2025.
The 18 month rotating internship enables interns to develop skills in inpatient care, anaesthesia, clinic (lameness and medical case work ups), emergency out of hours care and ambulatory rotations. Support from senior Veterinary Surgeons including diploma holders and certificate holders is provided throughout. There is also the opportunity to scrub into routine orthopaedic, soft tissue and emergency surgeries.
Our interns gain exposure to a wide range of referral surgical, medical and first opinion cases, and many of our past intern team have stayed on at the practice.
