Clinical Services Manager (Maternity Cover)
Rossdales Equine Hospital and Diagnostic Centre, Exning, Near Newmarket
Rossdales Veterinary Surgeons is seeking to appoint an experienced Clinical Services Manager to join our dedicated and professional team working within our Hospital and Diagnostic Centre in Exning. This position is fixed term for 12 months to cover maternity leave, with a start date of early July . This is a part-time role, working 30 hours per week over 4 days between Monday to Friday.
The role will involve ensuring a professional service is provided to our clients at all times and providing support and exceptional leadership to colleagues. Ideally, applicants will hold a Diploma in Veterinary Practice Management or be working towards veterinary management qualifications.
This role would also suit a registered veterinary nurse looking to further their management career.
You will:
- Possess a sound and up-to-date knowledge of veterinary services within a busy hospital and diagnostic centre environment.
- Champion excellence in client service across your areas of responsibility and uphold and enhance the reputation of Rossdales Equine Hospital and Diagnostic Centre.
- Build rapport with clinicians, colleagues and clients and endeavour to ensure harmonious running of the service we provide, with prompt resolution of issues and client complaints.
- Be a good time manager, who can prioritise effectively and work independently.
- Hold a degree in a relevant subject or similar relevant qualification.
- Have at least three years’ experience within clinical services, equipment and procedures and, ideally, a veterinary environment.
- Have significant, demonstrable management experience.
