Registration is open for one of the biggest cardiology gatherings of the year. This November, the Veterinary Cardiovascular Society (VCS) celebrates its 50th anniversary meeting, and we are proud to be part of the milestone with a dedicated cardiology course:

Our CPD day on Thursday 6 November 2025, will focus on the practical challenges of equine arrhythmias, from pre-purchase exams to performance issues, and how you can boost your confidence in diagnosing and managing these tricky cases.
The course will bring together world-class speakers, including Gunther van Loon, Colin Schwarzwald, John Keen, Lesley Young, Cris Navas de Solis and John Bonagura. Through lectures, real-life case discussions and panel Q&A sessions, you’ll strengthen your diagnostic approach, avoid common pitfalls, and take away practical skills you can use immediately.
This course will launch the VCS anniversary programme, which continues on 7-8 November with two further days of cutting-edge cardiology across species. And it’s not all work, you are invited to join the celebrations, including a Thursday evening dinner at Chesford Grange.
