Applications are now open for BEVA’s third Back in the Saddle coaching programme. All BEVA vet and nurse members with more than five years’ experience are invited to apply.
Back in the Saddle provides structured group coaching for members who want to reflect on their career path, regain clarity, or navigate periods of change. Whether returning to work after parental leave or injury, feeling uncertain about next steps, or simply wanting space to reassess direction, the programme offers impartial guidance and practical tools to support professional development.
The scheme is designed not only to help during challenging moments but also to encourage members to take a proactive, future‑focused approach to career progression - turning change into opportunity.
Programme dates
All coaching sessions take place online on Wednesdays from 19:30 - 21:00.
